What is the marketplace take-rate?

All plans include a 3% take-rate on bookings processed through DeskDash. This covers payment processing, fraud protection, and platform access. Enterprise customers can negotiate a custom rate.

What are check-in overages?

Every plan includes up to 10,000 check-in events per month. Beyond that, each additional check-in is billed at $0.05. Most single-location spaces stay well within the included allowance.

Is there a setup or migration fee?

We offer a one-time $499 data import and policy configuration service for operators migrating from another platform. Self-service onboarding is always free.

Can I add smart-lock integrations on a lower plan?

Smart-lock / access control integration is available as a $99/location/month add-on for any plan. It's included at no extra charge on the Scale and Enterprise plans.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can switch plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

Do you offer premium support?

Scale plans include SLA-backed support. For other tiers, premium support with a 2-hour response window is available at $199/month.
